Kiwi Housing CIC provides and manages homes for adults with complex needs. We buy properties, adapt them to the person who will live in them, and manage them for the long term.

An asset-locked Community Interest Company
We acquire suitable properties, adapt them to the needs of the people who will live in them, and manage them to a high standard for the long term. Any surplus we generate is reinvested into more homes and better homes. It cannot be distributed for private gain.

It is as useful to be plain about what we do not do. A commissioner should not have to guess.
We are not a Registered Provider
We are not registered with the Regulator of Social Housing. Our homes are let through a partner registered provider.
We do not provide care
We are landlord only. Care is commissioned separately by the placing authority and delivered by a registered care provider.
We do not publish property details
No addresses, no scheme names, no photographs of homes or residents. This is a safeguarding position.
There is no public application route
Placements are made by local authorities and integrated care boards. Individuals and families cannot apply directly.
