This notice explains how Kiwi Housing CIC handles personal data submitted through this website. It does not cover the personal data we process as a landlord, which is governed by our tenancy and data protection policies.

Who we are

Kiwi Housing CIC is the data controller. We are a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales, company number 17202456, with a registered office in Tyne and Wear. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

What we collect and why

If you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, organisation, email address and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a professional enquiry made to us.

Please do not use the enquiry form to send us information about an identifiable individual who may need housing. Contact us first and we will agree a secure route.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for 24 months from the date of last contact, then deleted, unless they form part of a live housing or partnership arrangement.

This site sets only the cookies strictly necessary to operate. Non-essential cookies are declined by default.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or erase it, object to or restrict our processing of it, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
